Paneco's needs:
- Paneco has grown tremendously and out grown their current fulfilment centre.
- Need an improved advanced operational flow in the warehouse to solve to bottleneck during fulfilment spikes.
- Required a more advanced Warehouse Management Solution and Transport Management Solution to track the in-house fleet to allow better control and timing of last mile operations.
- Needed a space to host offline events, pick-up centre and allow partners plus brands to showcase their products.
