SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Martin Orzinski joined TMX on March 1, as Global Executive Director for Advanced Manufacturing, and will report into Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Milan Andjelkovic.

Orzinski most recently served as a partner of his own consulting firm, having previously held a succession of senior positions during his 13-year tenure at Coca-Cola in Sydney and Melbourne, including serving as General Manager of Manufacturing and Director of Operations.

Orzinski’s career highlights at Coca-Cola include leading the manufacturing arm through a series of crises including bushfires and Covid-19, ensuring minimal impact on customer service and improved focus on people.

He also helped the soft drink bottler reduce conversion costs by $11 million year on year and lowered finished goods inventory by 35% by reducing complexity and improving efficiency, including through a new sales & operations execution process that improved customer service.

In his new role, Sydney-based Orzinski has been tasked with establishing a new Advanced Manufacturing arm within the TMX business.

Commenting on the hire, Andjelkovic said that Martin’s arrival was a coup for TMX, given his international experience and demonstrated career success.

Martin is an accomplished senior supply chain executive with a proven track record of driving results, challenging the status quo, and future proofing organisations to become customer-focused.

Milan Andjelkovic, TMX COO

TMX is well placed as a partner of choice for end-to-end supply chain optimisation, and the addition of further capability across manufacturing provides a greater depth of partnership with our clients.

Orzinski said: “I’m looking forward to establishing a new Advanced Manufacturing practice and being able to support clients through multiple complex tasks by leveraging the best practices and people, and ultimately focusing on improving their results.”
