TMX says the appointments arrive after strong growth in its North America business, which has registered 115% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since its launch in FY24. The firm has Americas offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Boston.

The five new advisors will support clients across their supply chain transformations, including strategy, design, procurement, implementation, and ongoing management.

They bring experience in cold storage, procurement, and manufacturing, and have worked at leading firms such as Diageo, Kimberly-Clark, Cardinal Health, and Americold.

Tim Scott (San Francisco) is an operations executive with 30+ years of experience across supply chain, logistics, and retail operations. He was previously supply chain officer at Grocery Outlet, SVP for supply chain at Sobeys, and VP for logistics and distribution at Metro Inc.

Dennis Ford (Indianapolis) has more than 35 years of experience in warehousing and food industry logistics. He was previously a senior director at Americold Logistics, VP for supply chain at ES3, senior manager for warehousing at HJ Heinz, and director of warehousing at Meijer.

Rick Thielen (Minneapolis) is a procurement leader with more than 35 years of experience. He was previously chief procurement officer at Shearer’s Snacks, VP for supply procurement in the Americas at Diageo, and a senior buyer at General Mills.

Larry Marshall (Miami) has more than two decades of experience in transportation and international logistics. He was previously regional VP of operations at C&S Wholesale Grocers, senior director for global logistics optimization at Cardinal Health, and VP of operations for Hong Kong/Macau at Li & Fung.

Paul Henry (Charlotte) has 30+ years of experience across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain. He was previously VP for North American supply chain at Kimberly-Clark, VP for global supply chain at Newell Brands, and director of North American manufacturing at The Timken Company.

These five appointments deepen TMX Transform’s operational expertise and reinforce our commitment to helping our clients streamline operations, improve service, and build resilient, transformative supply chains.
