The Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) hosted a night of celebration in Melbourne on November 14 at the 2025 ASCLA Awards, with more than 500 attendees packed into Melbourne Town Hall to acknowledge some of the industry’s brightest.

Included in the winners list was Natalie Le from TMX Transform, who won the Future Leaders Award for emerging professionals who demonstrate outstanding commitment, innovation, and impact within their organisations and the broader supply chain community. Natalie’s win reflects her industry-leading work since joining TMX Transform three years ago, where she has rapidly progressed from contractor to Senior Supply Chain Analyst and now Supply Chain Consultant.

Natalie is a future leader in our industry. She delivers projects and results which elevate capability across different areas of TMX, and empowers our clients to drive improved business solutions.

Natalie’s contributions include the development of the Vietnam Logistics Infrastructure Map, a groundbreaking digital platform that consolidates fragmented infrastructure data into an interactive, client-facing tool. The map has transformed how TMX and its clients approach network design and site selection across Asia, reducing research timelines from weeks to days whilst building a reusable knowledge asset for the region.

Her innovative Power BI dashboards have delivered measurable impact for clients, converting manual processes that once took hours into automated insights delivered in minutes. Natalie ensures all solutions are user-friendly and transferable, embedding training and guidance so client teams build internal capability alongside TMX’s delivery.

I’m honoured and excited to receive this recognition, and I’m looking forward to continue raising standards across supply chain for TMX and the wider industry.

In the Future Leaders category, TMX Transform’s Christine Tran was also recognised as finalist for her engineering expertise, problem-solving and data analysis in end-to-end supply chain projects.

The Awards recognised eleven other winners on the night for driving innovation, efficiency, and leadership Australian supply chain sector.
