Limited Supply Chain Visibility
The client’s reliance on manual processes constrained their ability to capture and leverage real-time operational data, resulting in fragmented visibility across the end-to-end supply chain.

Difficulty in Quantifying Improvement Opportunities
Without a clear performance baseline, it was challenging to accurately assess the value and impact of proposed operational enhancements—limiting confidence in investment decisions.

Our approach

To address the visibility and data challenges, TMX rapidly mobilized resources to deliver foundational improvements in data integrity, visibility, and reporting—both at the distribution center level and across the wider supply chain. The project focused on establishing reliable data capture systems and setting a measurable baseline for ongoing performance optimization.

    Designed and implemented targeted pilot projects to address previously unrecorded productivity metrics, closing key visibility gaps.
  • Capability Building
    Delivered hands-on training to operational leads, enabling them to independently manage data entry, maintenance, and dashboard reporting.
  • Performance Benchmarking
    Established interim KPI targets to serve as initial benchmarks for evaluating and driving continuous improvement.
  • Initial Opportunity Mapping
    Conducted a preliminary performance review to identify early-stage optimization opportunities across the supply chain.
