Submission process
Property procurement process
This property procurement process will involve a two-stage tender process.
Stage 1 - Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Interested developers, investors and landlords are invited to submit their indication of interest to participate in the Tender for the requirement.
Stage 2 - Request for Tender (RFT)
Following a review of the EOI submissions, shortlisted parties will be issued with a full RFT documentation package including the specific site, land rate, final concept plans, design brief and conditions of tender.
